SAFRA Punggol, Splash @ Kidz Amaze and the future ActiveSG swimming complex are different facilities with different access rules. SwimSafer requirements
SwimSafer 2.0 is Singapore’s national swimming and water-safety programme. Formal registration and assessment depend on the swimmer’s readiness, a currently accredited instructor and the applicable SportSG and Singapore Aquatics requirements. A general swimming lesson near Punggol should not be represented as a SwimSafer assessment unless those requirements are met.
